Definition

Support Servers are the servers available to client instances that do not scale in/out. These servers are static, which allows other resources in the environment to consistently use their services. Typically, the support servers are:

  • Database Server

  • ERP Server

  • Integration Gateways

  • External Gateways

Support servers are usually managed by Auto.Sky and provide the following functions:

  • Environment Health Monitoring

  • Scheduled Start/Stop

  • Automatic Backups/Snapshots

  • Remote Access via the Administration Portal

The Auto.Sky client environment is highly customizable and you can install any additional software solutions to integrate with an application managed by Auto.Sky.
