Auto.Sky Local Plugin

Definition

The Auto.Sky Local Plugin is a lightweight solution that manages your encrypted connection to the Application Server and provides virtualization to your applications, so you can see them on a computer screen, even though they are running on the cloud. If your environment requires the Local Plugin, you’ll have to install it on your computer on your first access. Installation is straightforward, as you will be redirected to the installation process if Auto.Sky detects that the plugin is not installed on your computer. If your environment requires the Local Plugin, your browser will automatically launch it once you are logged in. This plugin connects you to your Cloud Application Server through a secure, encrypted connection. Simply allow the plugin to run, then wait while the connection is established and your application is launched.

By accessing Auto.Sky using the Local Plugin, even if your application is running remotely, you will be able to use local devices such as printers and drives. Your application running in the cloud will be able to access and interact with these devices as if they were local.
