Auto.Sky Administration Portal
The Auto.Sky Administration Portal allows you to perform simple administration tasks, such as managing users. As a Sky.One Partner, you should receive your credentials from the Sky.One support team.
Here on this page, we will take a look at how to access and navigate the portal.
Access
Once you have your credentials, you must use the login URL to connect, which will take you to the screen below:
If this is your first login and your account is set up to require MFA (multi-factor authentication) enrollment, a feature that provides extra security for your account, you will have to enroll Auto.Sky in your two-step authentication application after correctly entering your username and password, using your cell phone to scan the QR code that will appear, or using the key provided in the system message:
After registering via QR Code or using the code provided, you have to use your authenticator whenever you need to log in to your Auto.Sky Portal administrator account, as you will need to copy the validation token:
Make sure that your authenticator app allows you to back up your codes, as you may lose access to your operator account if you lose access to your device. If you lose access to your account, contact your technical leader to allow you to re-enroll MFA with a new device.
Partner/Client Selection
After logging in, you will see the Administration Panel. Here you will be able to select either the Partner or the Client, depending on your needs, and you can either type in the name or choose the partner/client from the list:
If you select a partner, you will be taken to a screen like the one below:
If you select a client, you will be taken directly to the selected client and will see a screen like the one shown below:
Whichever way you want to access your clients, you can always search for other clients without leaving the screen, as long as they belong to the same partner.
Changing the Partner/Client
If you need, at any time, to return to the partner/client selection screen to switch to another partner, click on the holding hands icon (Change Partner):
If you just need to view another client from the same partner, all you need to do is search for the client by scrolling or using Auto.Sky's search, and there is no need to go back to the partner/client selection page:
Client management
In the left bar of the Panel, under Clients, you will see all the clients you can manage, just as you manage folders within your operating system, and each page within a client refers to settings specific to that client.
Usually, each client corresponds to one company, which is mapped to a single environment, but it is also possible to have multiple companies within a single environment, as well as multiple departments within a company registered as clients, thus separating the different applications and access privileges within the same company.
Below each client in the Clients menu, you’ll see different pages that provide different resources, which we will discuss further on the next pages of the documentation.
